Twisted Consulting was founded by Kayla Williams, an operations strategist who believes that effective systems create lasting impact.
For nearly two decades, Kayla has worked closely with her community and witnessed firsthand how nonprofits and small-medium businesses struggle to access the expertise they need in operations, marketing, technology, and beyond.
After enduring two brain surgeries, Kayla decided it was time to turn her experience and passion into something bigger. She founded Twisted Consulting to bridge that gap; providing affordable, hands-on strategy and support to help organizations grow, adapt, and thrive.
